​VISIT A SWEDISH HOME IN THE EVENING FOR A TRADITIONAL MEAL, DRINKS AND SONGS. After a walk in the neighborhood and a fantastic view with a work of art at 5:00 PM, we serve a TRADITIONAL SWEDISH 3-COURSE DINNER and several Swedish songs. (In August, or upon request, we organize a traditional crayfish feast and serve a vegetarian pie with tasty cheese from northern Sweden. Vegetarian and vegan options, with a taste of Sweden, can always be ordered at least two days before our meeting.)

OR CHOOSE THE "FIKA" WALK AT NOON TO THE SWEDISH HOME. This cultural walk starts with a favorite among the great Swedish opera singers, Jussi Björling, in Stockholm city. In the Swedish home we serve a cup of traditional, vegetarian soup before THE SWEDISH FIKA (coffee/tea/hot chocolate and a buffet with home-baked traditional cakes and the famous Swedish cinnamon or cardamom buns). If you want to bake a Swedish cake when you come to this Swedish home, you are welcome to tell us before your visit!

Both foreign tourists and new Swedes have visited us. Our guests have been of all ages, many times newlyweds or couples who have traveled with their adult children to Sweden to celebrate their wedding anniversary, with a genuine visit to our Swedish home.
